Colorado Furnished Rentals is owned by a powerful mother-daughter duo, Nicole and Alysia. Residing in the Loveland area, we have affiliated our brokerage with eXp Realty, which allows us to work with agents throughout all 50 states. Our strong connections in the real estate industry have made us a great resource for referrals, investment advice, and gaining knowledge on how to become long-term Airbnb or short-term rental hosts yourselves.

The History of Colorado Furnished Rentals
Colorado Furnished Rentals was all started by a powerful family in 2017. It began when they purchased a home in Northern Colorado that featured a walk-out basement. After beautifully finishing their home, they finished the walk-out basement and turned it into a private studio apartment. After listing it on Airbnb, they had instant success. They then bought a second home and added an additional two Airbnbs to their portfolio.
With such a successful start, we are now looking forward to expanding. We have a current goal of owning more than 30 furnished homes, to provide stunning furnished short-term rentals and long-term Airbnbs for those looking to move to Colorado. Our properties cover all of Northern Colorado, including: Berthoud, Boulder, Centennial, Greeley, Loveland, and more!
